Bringing Union’s Story to the Screen
As Union College’s first internal video producer, I’ve spent over two years crafting visual narratives that celebrate its rich history and vibrant community. From short-form pieces to mini-documentaries, I’ve produced hundreds of films that highlight the people, places, and stories that make Union unique. I also built the foundation for the college’s video production standards—selecting gear, refining workflows, and setting the stage for storytelling that will continue for years to come. Below are some featured pieces from the growing library of work I’ve created for Union.

This video showcases five hidden maker spaces at Union College - creative hubs filled with tools and technology that the entire campus can access, yet many don’t know about.
From concept to completion, I planned, shot, conducted interviews, edited, and color-graded this piece to bring these spaces to life and inspire more students to explore them.

As Union College embraced a brand refresh, I was tasked with creating a video that brings ‘True to Our Name’ to life—honoring the institution’s history since 1795 while showcasing its renewed energy and commitment to interdisciplinary education.
I directed all aspects of production, from planning and filming to editing and color grading, to capture the depth and breadth that makes Union more than just a college—it's a true union.

This video captures Matthew Leifheit: Gay Archive, an exhibition at Union College showcasing Leifheit’s powerful photographic exploration of queer archives. His work preserves the stories of individuals who might otherwise be lost to history, highlighting the struggles and triumphs of the LGBTQ+ community.
This was a meaningful project for me, as I believe it’s important to shine a light on oppressed communities and their histories. I shot and edited this piece to document the exhibition and help share its significance.
